Portrait Sessions Vol. I

Ciao! It’s Chams.

If you’ve been following me around, you’ll know that I am really into portraits. I made a post about my portrait photography story before and this time, I’m so excited to share with you all another set of photos I took.

So, I just bought my first prime lens earlier this week and I’m really excited to do some test shots. It is a Canon 50mm f1.8 prime lens that I bought for a very cheap price. As usual, I asked my friend Pauline to shoot with me. We didn’t have any location in mind, so we just randomly took photos on the mall we were in.

Luckily, we found Timezone and the lights from the arcade were so beautiful! The neon lights really gave out life in every photos. I was really trying to edit like Brandon Woelfel but this is all that I can come up with.

We then went to another mall and got us new shirts to shoot with. Pauline got this really cute Yankees shirt that was on sale, me on the other hand, got a Star Wars one. I really like her style here, her new shirt really matched her high-waist pants.

Hope you all liked this photo set! I will be posting another one next week, because I just finished a shoot earlier today with my sister.

Camera used: Canon 1100D

Lens: Canon 50mm f1.8

Model: Pauline ✨

Location: Timezone Trinoma, SM North The Block (Parking Lot)

Thank you for reading! Let me know your thoughts or suggestions if you have any! 😉
